I'm having a thing for gold this month haha. Today I want to show you another card I made with the gold foiled papers from DCWV. This time I used a butterfly with golden accents to match the papers. I added a couple of wooden buttons and golden and copper sequins to the shaker element and adhered a wood veneer butterfly on top to finish this card.

Ik heb iets met goud deze maand ;). Vandaag wil ik jullie een andere kaart laten zien die ik met het gouden papier van DCWV heb gemaakt. Dit keer heb ik een vlinder met goud-accenten gebruikt die bij het papier past. Ik heb houten knopen en gouden en koperen sequins in het shaker gedeelte gedaan en daar bovenop heb ik nog een houten vlinder gelijmd om de kaart af te maken.

 I'm not ready with the vintage style cards, so today I'll share two new ones with you. I love to use the 'shabby chic' papers for the backgrounds!

Ik ben nog niet klaar met de vintage stijl kaarten, dus vandaag nog twee nieuwe voor jullie! Het 'shabby chic' achtergrondpapier past er erg goed bij!

I really love to use little critters on cards for children or babies. This is a card to congratulate new (grand)parents with the birth of their little one. The message says: 'A little one! Congratulations!' in Dutch. I used a stamp (and die) from Hero Arts for the cute critter and a stamp from Marianne Design for the message. I stamped the background with a background stamp from MFT and diecut the circle with a stitched circle die from Simon Says Stamp. After that I added some sequins and a ribbon to finish this card.

Voor geboortekaartjes gebruik ik altijd graag schattige diertjes. Voor deze kaart heb ik een stempel en stans gebruikt van Hero Arts en voor de tekst heb ik een stempel van Marianne design gebruikt. Op de achtergrond heb ik een stempel van MFT gebruikt en de cirkel heb ik gestanst met een stans van Simon Says Stamp. Om de kaart af te maken heb ik een stukje lint en wat sequins gebruikt.
