Sweet 'n Sassy stamps February release After Party blog hop!

I made two cards with the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set. I love the images and they were just asking for a touch of gold.

The cards I made are clean and simple. I stamped the wings with a solid color (black for the single dragonfly and brown for the card with two dragonflies). I made sure the ink was dry and stamped the second layer of the wings with embossing ink. I used a gold sparkling embossing powder to give the wings their sparkle.

 After that I stamped the messages. For the first one I embossed the message too. The second one is stamped with the brown ink. Of course I had to add a couple of golden sequins to finish the cards.
